How can we help?

For questions, a book correction, or a problem with French Interlinear Library, email support@bellrope.app. Include the book title and what happened so we can investigate.

Manage a subscription or restore a purchase

In the app, tap the menu beside the letter-size button. Choose Manage Subscription to change or cancel the monthly plan, or Restore Purchases to bring back a subscription or the lifetime purchase on your Apple Account. If books still do not unlock, email us with your device model and iOS version. Please do not send payment card details.

Hear a word

Tap a French word while reading, then tap the speaker on its word card to hear it again. The app speaks individual words, not whole pages or books. You can change word speed in Reading Settings.

Reading a classic

Use the chapter menu to jump to another chapter. Tap the EN button on a sentence to see its English translation.
